Selection / comparison
1030nm vs 1064nm Optical Isolator
Choose the isolator center wavelength that matches the laser or amplifier operating wavelength.
Use this guide when the application or some target parameters are known but the final component specification still needs to be narrowed before RFQ.
Selection logic
Start with the laser wavelength
Use 1030 nm products for systems centered around 1030 nm and 1064 nm products for systems centered around 1064 nm.
Then check optical power
A 50 mW compact isolator and a 2 W or 10 W isolator are different product families even if the wavelengths are close.
Do not select by housing alone
Confirm wavelength, power, PM/SM fiber and package before RFQ.
Quick comparison
