Which components should I start with?

Start with the optical function in your system: isolation, routing, wavelength management, splitting or combining.

Where can I compare models and specifications?

Open a product family to compare models, then check the selected product page and its technical datasheet.

What if my configuration is not listed?

Share your application and the requirements you already know. Unconfirmed details can be assessed during engineering review.

Which information helps with a quotation?

Include the component or optical function, application and any known wavelength, power, fiber or quantity. A drawing or existing datasheet can help. You can request a quotation before every detail is fixed.

Wavelength: State the operating wavelength or wavelength band.
Power: Describe CW power or relevant pulse conditions.
Fiber: Identify the fiber connected at each interface.
PM or SM: Confirm whether polarization maintenance is actually required.
Configuration: Show port count and intended optical routing.
Package: Describe the available space and mounting constraints.
Connector: State the required connector type and termination.
Quantity: Give prototype or production quantities where known.

Can I request prototypes, and what is the lead time?

Prototypes and samples are quoted after engineering review. Standard production and testing lead time is 4–10 weeks, depending on materials and the configuration.
