Production workflow

The work behind the component.

From the conditions you provide to the configuration prepared for shipment.

  1. 01

    Configuration & materials

Engineering reviews the application and known requirements, including wavelength, power, fiber interfaces and package. Non-standard items and material availability are evaluated before the configuration is finalized.

  2. 02

    Component assembly

Assembly follows the selected device architecture and confirmed fiber and package requirements. The process route varies between isolators, circulators, fused devices and pump combiners.

  3. 03

    Optical testing

Applicable optical characteristics are checked against the selected specification. Test wavelength, port direction, fiber condition and operating power are relevant to the result.

  4. 04

    Packaging & shipment

The order configuration includes pigtail and connector protection, identification, documentation and delivery requirements.

Testing in the production route

Optical measurements for the reviewed configuration.

Different devices require different checks. The selected model specification defines which optical parameters and test conditions apply.

Packaging & handling

Packaging for finished assemblies.

Packaging is part of the shipment review: protect the component, fiber leads and connectors, and agree on the identification and documents required.
