Fiber assemblies
Fiber assemblies connect optical equipment with defined fiber paths, end interfaces and lengths. Patch cords are terminated at both ends; pigtails provide a connector at one end and a fiber tail for splicing at the other.

PM patch-cord specifications are provided separately for the selected PM assembly.
Product details
Can End A and End B be different?
Yes. A hybrid patch cord is identified by each end independently, including connector family and polish.
What is additional for PM fiber?
Operating wavelength, fiber type and connector key-to-axis alignment are part of the PM configuration. The ordinary multimode reference does not define them.
