Fiber bundle sleeve holder · Product presentation
Fiber handling & packaging
A formed holder separates the component body from coiled fiber leads during packing, handling and storage. Defined coil paths and component pockets keep the assembly organized when it is moved between production and installation.
Inquiry choices · custom configurations by drawing
| Layout | Body accommodation | Lead routing | Dimension basis | Inquiry |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| One component | Single body pocket | Coiled leads | Body length × width × height | Inquire |
| Two-ended assembly | Central body support | Separate input / output coils | Component and both lead envelopes | Inquire |
| Connectorized assembly | Body + connector pockets | Defined connector exits | Connector length and coil space | Inquire |
| Custom insert | Application-specific pocket | Required fiber routing | Assembly drawing | Inquire |
| Parameter | Configuration |
|---|---|
| External envelope | A × B × H; measured on the closed holder |
| Component pocket | Body dimensions plus handling clearance |
| Coil path | Minimum radius set by the fiber / cable specification |
| Lead exits | Position, direction and strain-free routing |
| Cover clearance | No compression of the component or fiber |
| Material and packing | Selected for the shipping and handling process |
The pictured holder has no released dimensional drawing. Dimensions are defined around the assembly; no capacity or bend-radius rating is inferred from the photograph.
A circular path has diameter D = 2R. The fiber or cable manufacturer supplies the allowable bend radius R; the holder must leave space for the actual coil and exits.
This page covers a removable holder for component packaging. A permanent splice tray has different mounting and splice-retention requirements.

Your configuration
A drawing, configuration or part reference is enough to start. Custom production is normally 4–10 weeks; samples and pilot quantities are quoted.
